Timoneer is now in the small town of Urk on the Ijselmeer inland sea in Holland, about 30 minutes drive from Vitters Shipyard where she was built. A team from Vitters are working on our warranty work, as well as making small changes and fine tuning before we head off to the dry dock in Gibraltar for bottom painting. We should be in the Canary Islands by late November and then sail across to the Caribbean in December in time for a Christmas cruise in the Virgin Islands.

This log will be updated occassionally if there is further news while we are in port, and then on a daily basis when we are at sea.
